Julianna Waller-Martinez is a Grammy Award-winning violinist, educator, National Champion fiddler, and mandolinist with a Bachelor of Music from Arizona State University. Equally at home in classical and popular music, she has performed at both Carnegie Hall and the Grand Ole Opry in the same year.
Her work
A versatile artist, Julianna is a composer, recording artist, studio musician, and instructor. She has two books published by Mel Bay Publications. She has performed with the Nashville Symphony, Orchestra Kentucky (Concertmaster & Principal 2nd), and alongside legends like Dionne Warwick, Rod Stewart, Ray Charles, and Stevie Wonder.She is the co-founder of Essential Music LLC and Sandpiper Records with her husband, Carlos R. Martinez. A beloved teacher, she nurtures a love for music in students of all ages, providing expert guidance and mentorship alongside her husband.
